We are seeking an Assistant Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at WGC Ltd. in Cambridge.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for supporting the Head Housekeeper and leading the housekeeping department in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • You will work closely with the GM, Hotel Team, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practices.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping environment, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary: £31,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
  3. Analyze guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
  4. Maintain strong working relationships with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team, and suppliers.
  5. Deliver and exceed financial targets.
