Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our team in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases with attention to detail.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions as needed.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks in a proactive manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
