As a Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and support, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks to support the operations of the care home, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering duties. You will also be expected to contribute to the creation of a warm and homely environment, building positive professional relationships with our residents and their families.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, caring, and always ready to make a difference. You should have a practical approach to a wide range of tasks and be willing to learn through our comprehensive training programs. If you have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
