About the Role

We are currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  3. Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will receive:

Competitive Pay Rates

$13.50 - $15.25 per hour, plus 12.7% holiday pay accrued on all hours.

Flexible Working Hours

Full and part-time hours available, including every other weekend.
