Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and kind individual to join our team as a Part Time Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Excellent support and training given, but being kind, caring, and compassionate is essential.
  • We are recruiting for Part Time hours, which will include every other weekend.
  • Great rates of pay from £13.50 up to £15.25 per hour, plus 12.7% holiday pay accrued on all hours.
  • FREE Blue Light Cards - national discount card for hundreds of retailers.
  • Paid Mileage.
  • Real Rates of pay - no surprises.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • No Uniforms.
  • Minimum call time of 1 hour.

Qualifications

No qualifications needed as full training is provided.

  • We would like you to have your own reliable transportation to visit our clients and be willing to travel across our local areas.
  • An excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
  • Compassionate and kind individuals.
  • People who always treat clients with dignity and respect.
  • A good listener, be able to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a polite and friendly manner.
