Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Part Time Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Engage clients in activities and hobbies, encouraging social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to promoting dignity and respect.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic care planning systems.
