Job Description

We are seeking a Support Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to support the operations of the home, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering duties. Your role will be diverse, requiring you to be practical, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team to ensure our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, caring, and always ready to make a difference. You should have a practical approach to a wide range of tasks and be willing to learn through our comprehensive training programs. If you have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
