About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Shockerwick House Care Home in Bathford. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
