At MJ Quinn, we are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team in our Newport office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and issuing jobs to the field teams, coordinating and scheduling civils related tasks into the existing BT network, and ensuring that the installations are progressing as expected and completed on time.

About the Role:

As a Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Answering any queries from the client

• Coordinating and scheduling civils related tasks into the existing BT network

• Dealing with client requests in all aspects of the project and escalating any issues to the Programme Manager, when required

• Ensuring that all engineers are organised, have the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated

Requirements:

• Strong administration skills and ability to use Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with Engineers on a daily basis

• Ability to organise your workload and prioritise tasks accordingly

• Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous
