Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the maintenance of all critical plant and machinery, including both reactive and preventive tasks. * Lead the planning and implementation of scheduled maintenance activities to optimise operational uptime. * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot recurring issues and implement corrective actions. * Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented accurately, maintaining up-to-date records for audits and operational transparency. * Manage and coordinate external contractors for specialist maintenance or major overhauls, ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Train, mentor, and lead a team of maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of teamwork and technical excellence. * Participate in the design, upgrade, installation, and relocation of machinery as required, ensuring all equipment operates to optimal standards.
