Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Ledger products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address recurring support trends and product performance issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support documentation to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Participate in support escalations and work with other teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto and blockchain industries to provide expert support to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn about hardware and software products and analyze technical data.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest or curiosity in cryptocurrencies and blockchain environments is a plus.
