Customer Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing them with the support they need to get the most out of our product. You'll be working closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure that our users have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our product
* Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize feature requests
* Develop and maintain clear and concise support documentation
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of our product and its features

Application Process:
* 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team
* Timed take-home task
* One 45-minute meeting with a member of our Customer Team
* One 30-minute interview with a member of our Leadership Team
