As a Corporate Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programmes that support the growth and success of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training programmes that make a real difference in the lives of others.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension if sales targets are met.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver corporate training programmes
  • Build relationships with potential customers in the community
  • Promote the training programme online and in person
  • Meet sales targets to financially support the not-for-profit work of the organisation
