Learning and Development Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Support Assistant to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a representative of the College, embodying its values and mission
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Support students in their academic and personal growth, fostering a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Manage student behavior, promoting positive attitudes and respect for others
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in education or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in a educational setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies, such as GDPR and safeguarding guidelines
