We are looking for a dedicated Operations Support to join our accomplished team here at Netmatters as we embark on many new projects and challenges.

**Some specifics of the role**:
- Reception duties; greeting clients, staff and other professionals
- Making drinks for clients and meeting attendees
- Telephone answering
- Receiving deliveries
- Maintaining office and grocery supplies
- Providing administrative assistance to the business
- Mailbox and document management
- Assisting with Health and Safety tasks to ensure a safe working environment for staff and visitors
- Tidying/Cleaning duties as required to maintain a nice working environment for all
- Maintaining facilities and organising maintenance/servicing works as required
- Assisting in coordinating improvements/changes across our sites
- Maintaining the vehicle fleet, including completing monthly vehicle checks
- Assisting the department to manage the KPIs
- Anything else that is required by the Department / Business to help maintaining our Company objectives and values
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
**Location**: Wymondham, Norfolk
