Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom Bromford Full time
Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Bromford, a recognised Great Place to Work organisation. This role involves working independently to manage a patch of approximately two hundred homes, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and customers are aware of their responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide coaching and guidance to residents, promoting a holistic customer approach.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for managing tenancy sign-ups and changes, addressing anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns, as well as court work and evictions where necessary. You will work closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to effectively allocate empty homes, manage customer expectations around repairs, and escalate any property maintenance issues. Regular home working is available, with travel required to surrounding areas. A permanent, full-time position with an enhanced DBS check is offered.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a customer-facing environment, ideally within housing management. You will strive to achieve performance targets, maximising customer satisfaction while being tenacious and resilient in achieving desired outcomes. You will also possess excellent influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills, with access to a vehicle and a full UK driving licence. Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a reputation for first-rate coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in roles such as housing manager, housing officer, neighbourhood manager, or tenancy officer.
