We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and assisting with food preparation tasks.

You will work closely with our catering team to deliver a first-class dining experience for every resident. Our goal is to provide a healthy, nutritious diet that meets the individual needs of each resident, and we rely on our Kitchen Assistants to help us achieve this.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has strong communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have a background in commercial or care settings, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills further.
