Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

Join us at LiveWest as a Customer Services Adviser and be part of a team that makes a real difference in people's lives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers across multiple communication channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and maintain accurate records using our IT systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be patient and empathetic when dealing with diverse customers, and have proficient IT and record-keeping skills. Additionally, you should be aligned with our values: We are Customer Focused, We Challenge Convention, We Deliver Together.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £18,000 per annum, based on the local market rate. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a defined contribution pension scheme, discretionary bonus scheme, death in service benefit, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and family-friendly policies.
