Customer Service Administrator Position

This is a customer-facing role within a housing environment where you will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing a first point of contact service.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team in Tolvaddon, Camborne. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment, ensuring an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service.
Key Responsibilities- Contacting customers to arrange appointments
- Providing a first point of contact service for callers
- Offering an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service
- Working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
- Fulfilling data entry tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of call centre environment
- Experience of office procedures
- Great communication and administration skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records of information
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The position is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
