Job Overview

This is a customer-facing role within a housing environment where you will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange appointments and providing a first point of contact service.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team in Tolvaddon, Camborne. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment, ensuring an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments
  • Providing a first point of contact service for callers
  • Offering an efficient, responsive, and accountable administration service
  • Working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
  • Fulfilling data entry tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of call centre environment
  • Experience of office procedures
  • Great communication and administration skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of information
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The position is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

DBS Requirement

A DBS check at Enhanced – Adult/Children level is required for this role.
