About the Role:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in reducing the level of failed appointments by contacting customers via various channels. Your attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure will be essential in meeting targets and ensuring accuracy in data entry. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position, as well as the ability to take meticulous notes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to reducing failed appointments by contacting customers via text, telephone call, and email.
  • Work quickly under pressure to meet targets and ensure accuracy in data entry.
  • Develop good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Take meticulous notes to ensure accurate record-keeping.

About the Candidate:

To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Good administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Good written communication.
  • Good team player.
  • Some data entry experience.
  • Multiple system usage.
  • Customer Service/Call centre experience.

Salary Details:
£13.49ph
