Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to join our team in a Customer Services role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a first point of contact service for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including data entry and updates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of call centre environment and customer service principles.
- Experience of office procedures and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week over 5 days. The client is keen to fill this role quickly, and we encourage interested candidates to submit their CV for consideration.
A DBS check is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level.
