Job Overview

Orcicom, a renowned provider of voice and data telecommunications and IT solutions, has an exciting opportunity for an Office Support Apprentice. As part of their team, you will be responsible for utilizing cutting-edge technology to streamline internal processes, manage office maintenance, and support sales efforts.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with the team to implement collaborative tools such as Sharepoint for efficient paperwork management.
  • Your tasks will include utilizing Copy control to manage copier customers' maintenance and billing.
  • You will be responsible for managing office maintenance providers, including cleaners, security services, fire alarm systems, insurers, and decorators.
  • You will utilize Xero for accounts management.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • The role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
  • You will receive 28 days of holiday per annum plus an additional paid birthday holiday.
  • Full training will be provided on the job.
  • Pension benefits are also included.

Support and Development

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by your skills coach, account manager, and line manager. They will help you settle in, develop the necessary skills, and provide one-to-one support. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to transition into full-time employment.
