At Essex County Council, we're seeking a skilled Pension Fund Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of £28,090-£33,048 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), providing excellent service delivery to our 182,000 scheme members and over 700 employers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Microsoft products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge around relevant changes to processes and procedures
  • Actively participating in Employer Roadshows, Workshops, and other forums
  • Ensuring the accurate calculation and processing of LGPS and Police & Fire pension schemes
