We are seeking a skilled Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As an Insurance Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, assessing and submitting client/reinsurer materials, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios, taking full responsibility of client accounts, premiums, and claims.
  • Assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications.
  • Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds.
  • Manage all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post booking receipt, payment of funds, and all process steps.
  • Resolve issues, problems, and queries.

Requirements:
  • Experience of working within an Insurance technical or Claims Handling role.
  • Successful handling of workload with the ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with clients, market contacts, and colleagues in a professional manner.
