Care Coordinator Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Care Coordinator to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Care Coordinator Leader, you will play a vital role in managing rotas, building relationships with care workers, and providing exceptional community care.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all care services are delivered efficiently and effectively, while also taking pride in your work and striving for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rotas and schedules to ensure seamless care delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care workers and other stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality community care that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays

- Occupational Sick Pay
