As our new Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care services.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader who can create a positive and supportive environment that maximizes staff potential. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding the wellbeing of every child in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the home, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, therapeutic care and advocacy for children and young people.
- Governance and Compliance: Oversee regulatory inspections, ensuring standards align with Ofsted requirements.
Salary and Benefits:
£50,596-£56,759 per annum.
