Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Fairlie Healthcare Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents with neurological conditions.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating personal care and nursing care to our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive safe, effective, and responsive care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating personal care and nursing care to residents
- Ensuring care is delivered in line with resident care plans and policies
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Administering prescribed medication to residents
- Monitoring resident health needs and escalating concerns as necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Proficiency in dispensing and administering oral medication
- Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting workloads
- Interest in developing knowledge of clinical specialties and own practice
