Job Overview

Operose Health is seeking a highly skilled Lead Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our nursing staff.

Main Responsibilities

Work closely with regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards.
Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice.
Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

Requirements

First-level UK registered nurse or registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
Non-medical Prescriber.
Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
Understanding of the Lead Role.

What We Offer

Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
