We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at James Terry Court, a residential care home located in South Croydon, Surrey. As a nurse at our home, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a supportive and professional workforce.

**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, including formulating care plans that meet their individual needs and regularly reviewing them to ensure they remain relevant. You will also conduct monthly clinical needs assessments and risk assessments, as well as manage all aspects of end-of-life care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular one-to-one reviews and annual appraisals with your team members. Additionally, you will lead your care team with confidence and direction, providing support and guidance to help them improve their skills and deliver the best possible care.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support, tailored to their specific needs. Your dedication to their well-being will be evident in every aspect of your work, and you will be a vital part of their healthcare journey.
