About the Position
  • This exciting opportunity involves utilising your nuclear compliance expertise to support the delivery of company values and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • You will work closely with our experienced team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective compliance measures.
Responsibilities
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all nuclear industry regulations and site licence conditions are met.
  2. Incident Response: Lead on incident and event management, coordinating activities to achieve compliance effectively.
  3. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues on nuclear compliance matters.
  4. Policy Development: Contribute to the development of nuclear compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in nuclear compliance.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong awareness of nuclear, conventional safety, and security requirements.
  • Knowledge of operational and maintenance needs.
  • Ability to obtain SC level security clearance.
