Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team and ensure the highest levels of quality and compliance across our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions.
- Design and deliver QHSE training programs for staff at all levels.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
