About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at MERJE Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, leading high-performing teams, and implementing process improvements.
- Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on location)
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the insurance industry, leading a team of customer service agents and driving business growth through innovative customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring excellent service delivery and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Manage customer complaints and escalations within regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
