About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at MERJE Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, leading high-performing teams, and implementing process improvements.

  • Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on location)

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the insurance industry, leading a team of customer service agents and driving business growth through innovative customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring excellent service delivery and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  2. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
  3. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  4. Manage customer complaints and escalations within regulatory guidelines
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership experience in customer service or a related field
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Detailed knowledge of customer service processes and best practices
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  5. In-depth understanding of the insurance industry and its trends
