Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our team at Barratt Developments. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of bedroom furniture to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Respond to all customer enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with our Service Level Agreement.
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
- Manage regional accounts, ensuring all information is proactively gathered and installation works are completed as required.
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date and required reports are completed within deadlines.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
- Driven, organised, and self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage, and make the correct decision independently.
- Strong MS Office skills required.
