About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team at Barratt Developments. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of bedroom furniture to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to enquiries and processing quotes and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Take ownership of managing a regional account, ensuring all information is proactively gathered and installation works are completed as required.
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date and required reports are completed within deadlines.
  • Investigate and record all remedial and customer care orders.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be customer-focused and have exceptional communication skills.
  • Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage and make the correct decision independently.
  • Strong MS Office skills required.
