Job Title: Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team at Barratt Developments. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal teams
* Respond to customer enquiries and process quotes and orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide expertise in our product range and processes to customers and internal teams
* Manage regional accounts and ensure that all information is proactively gathered and installation works are completed as required
* Ensure that all paperwork is up to date and required reports are completed within deadlines
* Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers

Requirements:

* Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills
* Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage and make the correct decision independently
* Strong MS Office skills required
