Job Title: Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team at Barratt Developments. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of bedroom furniture to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Respond to all customer enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with our Service Level Agreement.
  • Provide expertise in our product range and processes to customers and internal colleagues.
  • Manage regional accounts, ensuring all information is proactively gathered and installation works are completed as required.
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date and required reports are completed within deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
  • Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
  • Driven, organised, and self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage, and make decisions independently.
  • Strong MS Office skills required.
