Job Description
  • Support Asset Performance Review and Rolling 5-Year Forecasting Process: Work with the Asset Management team to create asset plans, provide financial review of initiatives, and maintain the appraisal model.
  • Deliver Commercial Unit Lease Re-Gears and Other Lease Events: Collaborate with the Project Delivery and Finance teams to support the budgeting process for asset management activity.
  • Maintain Visibility of Forecast Costs and Returns: Provide clear management information on the current and future asset management pipeline.

The salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days' paid holiday, and a generous pension scheme.
