About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Kratos Search. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Training and Support: Participate in comprehensive sales training programs, including video-based sales training and MEDDIC sales training, to develop skills and knowledge in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our business software solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to generate appointments and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of internal sales, SDR, or BDR experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Desired Qualities: A strong desire to work in the sales arena, with a focus on business software solutions and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
