Job Title: Train Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled Train Operations Technician to join our team at Shorterm Group in Southwest London.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Fleet Operator in monitoring the performance of our Class 345 Crossrail trains.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Reliability Shift Manager to identify areas for improvement.

About You:

  • Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in an electrical discipline.
  • Have experience working with rolling stock and passenger transportation systems.
  • Be able to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: £27.48 PAYE / £35.22 Umbrella per hour

Location: Southwest London
