Job Description: Training Technician Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Technician Specialist to join our team at Horizon Teachers. As a Training Technician Specialist, you will work in an Outstanding school rated by Ofsted, delivering training to students in various technical fields. This is a long-term position starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year. You will be responsible for teaching students how to use pillar drills, lathes, soldering, turning, and breadboarding equipment, and maintaining a strong and stable staff team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality training sessions to students on technical subjects such as pillar drills, lathes, soldering, turning, and breadboarding
* Maintain a safe and effective learning environment for students
* Work collaboratively with other members of the staff team to ensure the overall success of the school

* A highly competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, which is the permanent equivalent for the job after 12 weeks
