Premises Management Executive Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Premises Management Executive to lead our construction projects in Washington, UK. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership role that requires strong management and coordination skills. The Premises Management Executive will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Provide overall supervision and direction to site staff and subcontractors.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Requirements:
