We are seeking an exceptional Community Facility Manager to join our Vivify Venues team in Sunderland and Newcastle areas.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance and support to community hosts, and ensuring a world-class experience for hirers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver a high-quality experience for community hirers
  • To support the Regional Operations Manager with onsite training of new starters
  • To lead a team to complete training modules on manual handling, safeguarding, and fire safety
  • To drive consistency and standards of health and safety checks throughout shifts
  • To undertake light cleaning duties to maintain school premises
  • To unlock and lock schools while ensuring site security and safety
  • To manage shifts and rotas in the short and long term
  • To behave positively within a team when covering shifts at short notice
  • To conduct unannounced audits at varying sites

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
