About the Role:
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Cairn Group as a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management.
You will work closely with other chefs to manage menu development, food inventory, and ensure high standards of food quality. With a passion for food and excellent cooking skills, you will be able to stay calm under pressure and make informed decisions to drive success in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure smooth delivery of food service
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive sales growth
- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and food safety
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
