About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Broker/Broker Technician to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for handling International New Business and Renewals in a broking capacity, generating slips and endorsements for various policies, and processing backend activities into Lloyd's and company markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Place niche risks from around the world into Lloyd's and process associated activities into the PPL system
  • Relate PPL activities, including uploading documents, and be the face of the Brokers
  • Work closely with Directors and Managers to support business growth and development

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of two years' experience in slip production and front office broker support
  • Previous experience working within the Insurance industry, preferably Lloyd's London Market
  • A hungry, bold, and hardworking individual willing to learn and grow within the business
