Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect to receive flexible working arrangements, specialist training and development opportunities, and excellent senior management support.

About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an Elderly Care Specialist to provide expert care for the frail and elderly. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team, frequently re-evaluating service users' individual care plans and ensuring accurate medication administration.

  • Key Responsibilities: Encourage a resident-orientated, needs-led service for service users and their families, liaise with Lifestyle Co-ordinators to enhance service users' quality of life, and take advantage of training opportunities to further develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications: RGN qualification, strong communication skills, ability to work within own professional competence and expertise, and commitment to the NMC Code of Conduct.
