Elderly Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Team Lead to join our care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. You will also be required to support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.
To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support.
