Senior Role in Residential Care

About the Position:

As a Senior Care Assistant at CV-Library, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.

We are seeking warm-hearted and compassionate individuals with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and knowledge of elderly care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide individualised care and support to each resident while promoting a respectful and vibrant environment.

Salary Details: The estimated salary for this role is £28,750 per annum, depending on location and experience.
