Care Team Lead

In this role as a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, supporting the clinical team in various areas. Your role will involve ensuring the dignity and preferences of our residents are respected while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
• Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
