Care Home Team Leader
Are you a motivated and experienced care professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Care Home Team Leader to join our team at our care home in Molesey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our care team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading charity specialising in elderly care and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Our care home has a good CQC report and is conveniently located close to train stations, multiple bus routes, and offers free onsite parking.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working with older people.
  • Medication trained.
  • Ability to plan, allocate, and delegate work appropriately.
