We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Care to join our team in Ashtead. Our residential care home specializes in providing exceptional care for elderly residents, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being in a warm, supportive environment.

Job Summary:

As a Head of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident care, managing the care team, and ensuring compliance with care home standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Leadership: Lead and supervise the care team to maintain high standards of care.
  • Care Planning: Develop and regularly review care plans to meet individual resident needs.
  • Resident Care: Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for elderly residents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all care practices comply with CQC standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Staff Development: Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth running of care activities, including staff rotas and care delivery coordination.

Remuneration: £13.50 per hour, based on experience, reflecting the competitive pay for this role. Our working hours are full-time, day shifts, offering a great work-life balance.
